How We Work

Creating bespoke events is our favourite challenge, whether we’re working to a specific brief or encouraged to run wild with your theme. Here’s how we work:

PHASE ONE: Our first consultation is about listening and getting to know your goals for the event. What kind of experience do you want to create for your guests, and what’s most important to you? We’ll discuss your vision, style, and budget to implement a custom design plan.

PHASE TWO: The magic happens – our design and planning process begins based on your consultation. Once the design is approved we start to build the event, updating you along the way and keeping you in the loop on budget. We work with shared documents and you’ll see the planning unfold in real-time.

PHASE THREE: A few days before the party! We prep for set-up, manage vendors, reconfirm the day’s itinerary and check in with you for final number of guests. The final touches are applied, and we’ll go over the running order of the day to make sure everything is to your liking.

DAY OF: Indeedy Inc. is on-site bright and early (with coffee) to welcome all vendors and ensure every last detail is executed to your plan. At least one Indeedy Inc. planner will be on hand for the duration of your event so you can enjoy yourself, worry-free.

PRICING: Costings for bespoke events vary, and depend on time spent on research, buying materials and making, coordinating equipment/prop hires, selecting vendors and more. Please contact us to chat about your event and to learn more about pricing.
