Event Planning
We provide traditional event planning services with creative flair for all types of corporate events, featuring our signature inclusive, culture-led style and thoughtful focus on guest experience. Our fee is 15% of overall budget to be agreed in advance, as industry standard.
Services include: event ideation and design, GX/guest experience focus, communications, marketing, event brand design, venue & supplier research, contract negotiation, logistics planning, budget reporting, tech and A/V sourcing, talent booking, insurance and compliance.
Programming
We’ll curate a dynamic, varied calendar of events for your team to provide balance, wellness and camaraderie in the workplace, collaborating with highest quality event suppliers. Services are delivered on a contract basis, and rates are based on number of events and length of contract.
Services include: programme design and ideation, talent and supplier research, contract negotiation, booking, logistics planning, budget reporting, communications, tech and A/V sourcing, event brand design, talent liaison, working with operations and building.
Offsites
We’ll elevate your global company offsites by enabling effective meetings, trainings, travel, excursions, and entertainment, all with our signature thoughtful touches to enhance overall guest experience. Services are delivered on a contract basis and rates vary depending on content, location, and length of offsite.
Services include: offsite event design, on hand support, detailed itineraries, international and national venue & supplier research, contracts & negotiation, logistics and travel planning, budget reporting, event marketing & communications, tech & A/V sourcing, event brand design.
Event consulting
Our services can be booked on an ad-hoc basis to help organise and wrangle your existing events when you need support and an expert’s eye. This service is available on a day rate of £400 / $500 per event manager.
Services include: venue & supplier research, contracts & negotiation, supplier liaison, logistics planning, budget reporting, communications, tech & A/V sourcing, event brand design.
